The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level remote support to the Vice President, Global Operations; the Vice President, Materials Management & SIOP; and partner closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure efficient coordination across the organization. This role requires strong judgment, excellent organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

The ideal candidate learns quickly, works independently, anticipates needs before they arise, and approaches every task with a customer-service mindset. By keeping the leadership team running smoothly, this role enables the Global Operations function to operate effectively and respond to rapidly evolving business needs.

This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the US or Puerto Rico.

What You Will Do: 

  • Manage complex, dynamic calendars for both executives, including scheduling, resolving conflicts, and coordinating meetings across global time zones.

  •  Track action items, follow-ups, and leadership commitments, ensuring timely completion and keeping the Chief of Staff informed.

  •  Monitor executive inboxes, flag urgent issues, prepare summaries, and coordinate responses or follow-up actions.

  • Prepare accurate and timely expense reports in line with established policies.

  • Organize and coordinate virtual staff meetings, business reviews, leadership forums, and recurring operating rhythm activities.

  •  Coordinate executive travel arrangements, including multi-location itineraries and communication with other offices and customer sites.

  • Support planning and execution of virtual workshops, town halls, leadership events, and hybrid/offsite activities.

  • Manage logistics for executive visits or events by coordinating with local site contacts (reception, catering, security, IT, facilities) when needed.

  • Secure conference rooms and ensure materials, agendas, and visitor authorization documentation are prepared in advance.

  • Act as a bridge between executives, the Chief of Staff, and staff across Global Operations and Materials/SIOP, ensuring clear and timely communication.

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

  • Support special projects and operational tasks as needed, demonstrating initiative and the ability to learn enterprise systems (SAP Concur, SharePoint, Teams, Office 365). Partner with administrative assistants across RTX to coordinate enterprise activities and resolve scheduling challenges

 Qualifications You Must Have: 

  •  AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

  •  Experience with zoom, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Office 365

Qualifications We Prefer: 

  • Ability to work remotely with consistent availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level staff.

  • Experience with SAP Concur, SharePoint, or similar enterprise systems.

  • Experience coordinating executive travel, events, and senior-level engagements.

  • Ability to manage multiple urgent assignments and shifting priorities with professionalism.

  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential matters.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
