Compensation range: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the senior leadership team and other areas of the credit union on an as needed basis. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative responsibilities that are carried out effectively and efficiently while delivering excellent service to internal and external members.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
•Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
•Arrange meetings and events including but not limited to; catering, hotel accommodations, flight and conference rooms.
•Accurately take, transcribe, organize and distribute meeting minutes and action items
•Review, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations and other business documents.
•Supply ordering and processing/approval of invoices in software system
•Maintain reception, conference room and common office areas to ensure professional appearance
•Serve as the main point of contact for all external vendors, contractors, and service providers
•Schedule, coordinate, and oversee routine and emergency building repairs, maintenance tasks, and facility upgrades.
•Facilitate mandatory building inspections, safety checks, and compliance walkthroughs with vendors. Meet vendors on-site, grant secure access to buildings or specific areas and monitor work progress. This may require travel to other branches to facilitate.
•Track vendor service logs, update maintenance records, and process vendor invoices for approval.
•Assist with employee recognition activities and company events
•Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills to be successful in the role:
Experience-Minimum of three years' experience in administrative support, office management ore related role is required.

Education-Associates degree preferred or high school diploma or GED with an equivalent amount of work experience.
