We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in New York, New York. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can manage front-desk activities, handle incoming calls professionally, and keep administrative records accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a service-focused approach, and the ability to keep tasks moving efficiently in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.
• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and directing incoming calls with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records by entering, updating, and reviewing information in office systems and documents.
• Provide front-desk and reception support, including handling routine inquiries and routing messages appropriately.
