DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a full time Administration Coordinator at our office in Olathe, Kansas. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized individual to join a team of dedicated professionals. This role will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities. Job seekers with experience in billing, administrative work, finance, and accounts payable would excel in this position

Job Responsibilities:

  • Posting received cash, checks, and credit payments
  • Accounts Receivable reconciliation in collaboration with the Collections team
  • Research and clean-up of unapplied cash on accounts
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One (1) year experience in accounting
  • Experienced and proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
  • High sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented team player with strong work ethic
  • Strong mathematical ability; must verify invoices for accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
