Job description

If so, our Trust Specialist role may be for you.
In this supportive role, you will learn the fundamentals of trust administration while helping to carry out the financial goals of our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Trust Officers with the administration of complex trust, estate, and investment accounts.
  • Manage daily cash flow and bill payment functions for assigned accounts. Forecast client cash needs and provide estimates of liquidity needed to Trust Officers.
  • Ensure transactions and activities are compliant with governing document, applicable laws and department policy.
  • Support account onboarding and closing processes, update trust accounting system, and perform routine file maintenance.
  • Perform research in response to customer inquiries, recommend strategies for problem resolution to Trust Officers and implement changes as needed.
  • Support client relationships and develop a thorough understanding of client needs.

Who You Are:

  • At least two years of experience in an administrative support role or trust administration role
  • Interested in gaining skills for a career in finance and trust administration
  • Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, math, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Detail oriented, with strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong communicator, and enjoy working as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

The hiring range for this position is $26.00 to $33.00 per hour. The compensation offered will fall within this range, commensurate with the candidate's applicable experience, education and skills. In addition, we offer sick, vacation, and personal time, competitive health insurance, 401k match and discretionary profit-sharing contribution, and financial program discounts.
