Description du poste
Relevant du responsable regional Finances et Administration, l'assistant(e) aux comptes payables et aux operations est responsable du traitement des factures et du soutien aux fonctions et processus operationnels du bureau. Ce poste est base au siege social, du lundi au vendredi de 8 h a 16h.

RESPONSABILITES :

  • Traiter les comptes et les paiements entrants conformement aux politiques et procedures financieres.
  • Effectuer la saisie de donnees et les transactions financieres quotidiennes, incluant la verification, la classification, le calcul, la comptabilisation et l'enregistrement des donnees des comptes clients.
  • Collaborer avec les directeurs de district et les autres membres de la direction, et fournir des informations et conseils pour les operations financieres.
  • Preparer divers rapports financiers, au besoin, en veillant a leur exactitude.
  • Effectuer des ajustements de facturation et des corrections de factures.
  • Verifier la codification des comptes et obtenir les approbations necessaires pour le traitement des factures.
  • Verifier les depenses des employes et soumettre les demandes de remboursement.
  • Repondre aux demandes des fournisseurs concernant les uniformes et autres materiaux.
  • Gerer l'inventaire des uniformes, preparer les uniformes et contacter les agents de securite selon les directives du formateur regional.
  • Offrir un soutien a la reception durant les pauses dejeuner : repondre aux appels et accueillir les visiteurs.
  • Assumer certaines taches liees aux comptes fournisseurs et repondre aux demandes des clients et du personnel interne.
  • Soutenir la direction dans divers dossiers au sein de la region du Quebec
  • Effectuer toute autre tache connexe.


EXIGENCES DU POSTE :

  • Excellente maitrise des outils informatiques, notamment Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellentes competences en communication (a l'oral et a l'ecrit) et aptitudes relationnelles pour interagir avec des clients internes et externes.
  • Excellentes capacites de planification, d'organisation et de coordination de projets, avec une grande attention aux details et la capacite de respecter les echeanciers.
  • Solides aptitudes en resolution de problemes, avec la capacite de travailler de facon autonome ou en equipe.


QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires en comptabilite, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe requis.
  • Minimum de 2 a 5 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire.
