Description
Reporting Admin are responsible for overseeing operation and ensuring that trucks are accounted for at all times. Admins create cases if trucks fail to arrive at scheduled appointment time and follow through until truck departs. Admin are responsible for communicating with the Ramp Agents in regards to all Inbound and Outbound Flights. Any possible impacts to operation are to be foreseen by Admin and reported to all appropriate parties. Reporting Admins will be thoroughly trained in all aspects of the operation. Reporting Admins must work diligently to seek information to ensure operation is running successfully.
Job Description

  • Upkeep Inbound and Outbound Trucks Activity Logs **
  • Professionally handle Inbound calls and outbound calls **
  • Monitor Inbound and Outbound flights**
  • Adapt to constant changes in procedures
  • 2 year's experience in Data Entry**
  • Create and send reports on time "in the loop"**
  • Display ability to work as a team**
  • Able to work under pressure**
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office **
  • Knowledgeable of Amazon Logistics System **
  • Have ability to follow instructions **
  • Be willing to work overtime when needed**
  • Be willing to work and be trained in all aspects of the operation**
