General Admin Support

A leading electronics testing company is seeking a General Admin Support to support production operations by cleaning, inspecting, and processing finished electrical equipment.

General Admin Support Responsibilities:

  • Clean, inspect, and process finished electrical equipment to ensure products meet quality and operational standards before shipment.
  • Support daily production by accurately processing approximately 200-300 orders while maintaining efficiency, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Perform additional administrative processing and production support tasks.
  • Utilize computer systems to manage workflow, update records, and support production activities using Outlook, Salesforce, and other business applications.

General Admin Support Qualifications:

  • Experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, order processing, inspection, or a related operational environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and general computer applications.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.

Shift:

  • Variable schedule: requires flexibility to work overtime, Saturdays, including Tuesday through Saturday, as production demands.
