Job description

Essential Functions:

· Enter MMRs and supports production teams.

· Participate in 2 Second Lean and quality improvements.

· Supports Kaizen Events ensuring resources, room, food is managed.

· Coordinates and facilitates the Weekly GEMBAs for the plant.

· Work on HR by HR and distribute daily.

· Updates various trackers, such as MMRs, Cell Metrics, Takt Graphs, TQM, etc.

· Provides general administrative support to CI & Production Team, and other teams as needed.

· Required to work in the production area and office environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis tools.

· Other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:

· HS Diploma or GED

· 3 – 5 years of experience in administrative role, preferably manufacturing

· Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

· Must be thorough and detailed in work process.

· Proficiency with computer system knowledge of Excel, Word, etc.

· Math skills including Standard and Metric measure and conversions.

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
