Job description

Merchants Bank, Winona, has an opening for a part-time Credit Administration Support Specialist.  This position will be 25-30 hours/week Monday - Friday.  Typical hours are 8am - 1:30pm.

This detailed position involves comprehending, organizing, and uploading scanned documents into a retention software.  Also involves pulling and distributing and filing loan files.  This position will also support other post loan transaction file maintenance responsibilities.  Must be organized, detail oriented, be able to work independently, and have good computer skills.

Responsibilities also include pulling and distributing loan files to various employees, filing paid off mortgage loan files, transporting files between bank locations as needed, and assisting with the disposition of paid loan files that have passed the retention period date.
