Join Our Team as a Temporary Finance Administrative Assistant!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and administrative tasks? Are you looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity where you can put those skills to work while gaining hands-on experience supporting a corporate finance team?

Health Dimensions Group is seeking a Temporary Finance Administrative Assistant to join our corporate Finance team for an approximately 3-month temporary assignment at our office in Minnetonka, MN.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping information organized, working with details, and supporting a busy team behind the scenes. You’ll assist primarily with Accounts Payable administrative needs, vendor information, invoice organization, data entry, and general Finance team support.

Position Details:

  • Temporary assignment anticipated to last approximately 3 months

  • 20–30 hours per week

  • In-office position at our Minnetonka corporate office

  • Flexible days and hours based on availability, with hours worked during regular business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • $15.00–$20.00 per hour

What You'll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)Keep Our Accounts Payable Details Organized
  • Receive, organize, scan, and electronically file invoices by uploading documentation into Sage Intacct and DSSI

  • Maintain organized electronic Accounts Payable files and records

  • Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox and route requests to the appropriate team members

  • Research invoice status within the accounting system

  • Respond to basic vendor inquiries regarding invoice receipt or payment status

  • Track outstanding Accounts Payable items using spreadsheets or system reports

  • Assist with mailing checks and other payment-related administrative tasks

Support Vendor Information & Documentation
  • Reach out to vendors to obtain ACH information and update vendor cards within Sage Intacct

  • Maintain vendor contact information and supporting documentation

  • Assist with new vendor paperwork and W-9 collection

  • Support vendor statement reconciliation by identifying missing invoices

  • Request copies of missing invoices directly from vendors

  • Help ensure vendor information and documentation remain accurate and organized

Provide Day-to-Day Finance Team Support
  • Retrieve invoices and supporting documentation as needed for audits

  • Perform data entry and basic spreadsheet maintenance

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining financial documentation

  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

  • Jump in on additional administrative needs and projects as they arise
