Job description

We have an opening for aย Project Administrator. This role can be based in the following cities:ย 

  • Minneapolis

Position Summary:

As a Project Administrator at DLR Group, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our projects during the construction phase. You will ensure the smooth execution of standard documentation workflows, organization, and communication tasks essential for the effective functioning of our project teams.ย ย 

What you will do:ย ย 

  • Confirm and manage construction phase contractual responsibilitiesย 
  • Coordinate with the construction phase team, including workflows, meetings, and communicationย 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key team members and serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and workflowsย 
  • Establish and maintain tracking and logging for construction documentation workflowsย 
  • Manage pay applications, ensuring compliance with DLR Group's risk management standards and processing approvalsย 
  • Handle submittals, RFIs, and cost documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processingย 
  • Assist with field reports, punch lists, and closeout proceduresย 

Required Qualifications:ย 

  • High School Diploma or equivalentย 
  • Knowledge of A/E construction phase processes and contractual responsibilitiesย 
  • Proficiency in task organization, completion tracking, and prioritizationย 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skillsย 

Preferred Qualifications:ย 

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointย 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Vantagepoint, Newforma, Procore, and AIA Contract Document softwareย
