The Meggs Foundation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Admin to support daily administrative and data management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and organizing information while assisting with general office and administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
  • Assist with administrative duties including document preparation, reporting, and scheduling.
