Starting Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hour Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire
Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday - Friday.
ConGlobal is seeking a Site Administrator to provide administrative support and logistics coordination in a fast-paced railyard environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in data entry, scheduling, onboarding, and operations support within transportation, supply chain, or industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Terminal Manager, including email management, calendar scheduling, and daily operations coordination
  • Perform high-volume data entry, record keeping, and documentation management for terminal activity
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and coordinate pre-employment screenings (drug screens, I-9 documentation, compliance tracking)
  • Maintain safety documentation, PPE tracking, and employee compliance records (eRail, driver's license verification)
  • Support logistics coordination by tracking railcar movements, shipment status, and inventory updates
  • Prepare and maintain reports, timesheets, and project cost tracking
  • Communicate with operations teams, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
  • Support general office and terminal needs, including ordering supplies and cross-functional communication

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
  • Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.
      • The Federal Rail Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. If applicable for the position you are applying to, and if you are offered the position, you will have to take and pass a drug screen.
