As the go-to person for specific financial reporting and related tasks, you will work with all levels of the plant management team. This is a multi-tasking environment where your attention to detail can really shine and make a difference. Cross-training will be done in areas assigned by the Controller to include daily production posting and line efficiency analysis. Hours of work will be determined by the workload necessary on different days of the accounting period.

SUMMARY:

This facility is part of our Prepared Foods business unit.This position's main functions are time and attendance support.We areseekinga detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you willbe responsible formanaging time and attendance functions efficiently while also providing accounting support to the Plant Controller. Additionally, youmayoversee employee supply processes andassistin various plant management tasks. The ideal candidate will havestrong communicationskills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Time and Attendance:

  • Assistplant supervision with daily and weekly time and attendance activities usingUKG ProandSAP Payroll.

  • Monitor plant time analytics inUKG Pro, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.

  • Provide training to new supervisors on payrollprocessesas necessary.

  • Address Team Members' payroll questions and concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Complete AskHR/Box Office tickets asrequired.

Accounting:

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Plant Controller.

  • Assist the Controller with plant variance information foruploadinto SAP.

  • Provide support to the plant management team, including monitoring processes in production areas.

  • Assistin self-audits of critical processes asdeterminedby corporate accounting.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform miscellaneous tasks such asrecordsretention, entering PO receiving in SAP/Coupa, and supporting HR with plant activities.

  • Manage employee supply processes, including inventory and ordering of office supplies, and employee sales.

  • Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: 3+ years office experience required; 3+yearspayroll experience preferred.

  • Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills including using a Tyson Business Computer System as well as Microsoft Office & Excel, SAP Preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Requires written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of management.Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others. Assignments aredefinedand the approach to be taken is usuallydeterminedin coordination with others.

  • Travel: None

  • Mustresidein the United States to be considered.
