REPORTS TO: Supervisor as Assigned
PAYGRADE: N/A
FLSA: Non-Exempt
PAY FREQUENCY: Varies based on primary job
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provide local school bookkeeping support as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Educational Level: High School Diploma, or GED
2.
Certification/License Required: None
3.
Experience: 3 or more years bookkeeping experience. Previous CCSD school bookkeeping or CCSD ASP bookkeeping experience preferred.
4.
Physical Activities: Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities
5.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Written and oral communication; computer skills (Excel); accounting.
The Board of Education and the Superintendent may accept alternatives to some of the above requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1.
Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
2.
Assists school bookkeeper with maintaining financial transactions and records for the local schools.
3.
Serves as a Temporary Support Bookkeeper in the absence of the school bookkeeper.
4.
Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate administrator.
