Job Title: Accounting Clerk Lv2
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Olathe, KS 66061
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Accounting Clerk Lv2 provides accounting and administrative support to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, payment processing, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, enter, and audit financial data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify and process vendor invoices and payment records.
  • Execute vendor payments via wire transfer, ACH, or check.
  • Maintain accurate financial files and reports.
  • Provide customer service to internal departments and external vendors.
  • Resolve moderately complex clerical or accounting issues; escalate complex items as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and data entry.
