Job description

The ADP team is looking for a Sr. Fabrication Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Palmdale, CA!
What You Will Be Doing
Lead small teams to ensure production needs are met and discrete deliverables are completed ahead of need.
Conduct critical design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with manufacturing processes.
Develop assembly plans and innovative solutions to address daily challenges, ensuring efficient production flow.
Create and maintain detailed manufacturing products and documentation.
Provide direct support on the production floor, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to develop manufacturing processes.
Interpret drawings and model-based designs, translating them into actionable steps for manufacturability for the production environment.
Collaborate with team members to explore out-of-the-box thinking and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
