Als Technischer Service Engineer m/w/d bist du ein qualifizierter Techniker bzw. Ingenieur mit praktischem Wissen uber die gesamte digitale Prozesskette und unterstutzt unsere Kunden, nachdem der Verkaufsprozess abgeschlossen ist. In dieser Position stehst du in engem Kontakt mit deinen Kunden und hilfst ihnen dabei, ihre 3DDruckProduktionssysteme zu warten und instand zu halten.   • Industrielle 3DDruckProduktionssysteme im Haus oder beim Kunden warten, instand halten und reparieren
  • Maschinenlieferungen und Inbetriebnahmen planen und unterstutzen
  • Serviceeinsatze bei Kunden planen und durchfuhren
  • Kunden per Telefon, EMail, Remote oder vor Ort unterstutzen, beraten und schulen
  • die Zufriedenheit deiner Kunden sicherstellen
  • die digitale Prozesskette im Detail verstehen, um Kunden die bestmogliche Losung und das beste Produkt zu bieten
  • Kundenfeedback einholen, auswerten und entsprechend handeln, einschlielich der Einbindung anderer Abteilungen zur Erfullung von Kundenanforderungen
  • Kundenbesuche sowie Kundenfeedback sorgfaltig dokumentieren
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Bereich mit
  • Du verfugst uber einen HTL Abschluss oder einen technischen Bachelorabschluss idealerweise einen Masterabschluss
  • Du hast ausgepragte Fahigkeiten in der technischen Problemlosung und Fehlersuche
  • Du trittst sympathisch auf und agierst sicher im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Du uberzeugst durch Kommunikationsstarke Selbstbewusstsein Belastbarkeit Genauigkeit Durchhaltevermogen eine selbststandige Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
