Job description

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Ad Experience: Native team — a group focused on evolving and expanding Samsung’s core advertising business across Smart TVs and Smart Home devices. In this role, you’ll lead the development of native ad products and experiences across Samsung’s smart device ecosystem, from existing models to upcoming launches. You’ll partner closely with teams across engineering, design, analytics, ad operations, and sales to build products and user experiences that drive meaningful impact — and you’ll work with external partners and customers to ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation in ad formats and capabilities.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the ad experience roadmap. Balance ad revenue performance with user experience quality. Partner with stakeholders across Home, Gaming, and TV Plus to proactively identify Data and AI innovation opportunities grounded in user needs and company goals, then translate those opportunities into clear, prioritized, and actionable product requirements.
  • Build new ad products. Partner with ad sales leadership to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative advertising solutions that meet market demand and open new revenue streams.
  • Understand advertiser and agency workflows. Conduct customer research, analyze data, and engage directly with advertisers and agencies to surface actionable insights. Translate those insights into clear product requirements and well-defined roadmaps.
  • Drive clear stakeholder communication. Keep stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization informed on roadmap priorities, the rationale behind product decisions, and progress on key initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional execution. Own the product backlog, write clear user stories, and work hand-in-hand with engineering to ensure the team is aligned and continuously shipping features that address user needs and grow revenue.
  • Use data to drive decisions. Apply qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy, prioritize opportunities, and measure performance against key monetization and engagement metrics.
Skills And Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in AdTech or a closely related field.
  • Strong product discovery skills: You’re comfortable talking to customers, mapping workflows, validating problems, and turning insights into well-defined product features.
  • End-to-end product ownership: Demonstrated experience leading the full product lifecycle — from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization — with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Stakeholder leadership: Proven ability to influence and collaborate across a wide range of partners, including product, engineering, ad sales, ad operations, and executive leadership.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action: You can bring clarity to complex problem spaces and move quickly while keeping stakeholders informed along the way.Excellent communication skills: You express ideas clearly in writing and in conversation, and you know how to tailor your message for different audiences

The salary range for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View and NYC is expected to be between $180,000 and $220,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.
