ROLE DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • As an ad ops manager at our company, you will ensure that our growing portfolio of mobile marketing companies achieve maximum value from their ad campaigns--needless to say, a pretty important job!
  • Specifically, you will work with our account managers to understand each of our customers' campaign goals (e.g. performance, budget, etc.), and then launch campaigns to achieve those goals.
  • Upon launch, you will review performance results (ROI, rate of spend, etc.) and take action to improve the results.
  • Along the way you will work closely with the engineering team to understand the underlying drivers of positive and negative performance across our customers. You will also proactively develop and run experiments and implement the insights gained from your experiments across customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to share ideas for improvement of our internal toolset to the product team.
  • As an early member of the team (currently only two!), you will help shape the growth of the team.
