Role: Active Directory / Windows Engineer
Location: Irvine CA Hybrid
Duration: Contract
Technical Expertise
  • 10+ years in enterprise messaging and directory services (Microsoft-focused).
  • Proven experience in Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, and Active Directory / Azure AD.
  • Expertise in identity synchronization (AD Connect, Entra ID) and conditional access.
  • Strong understanding of DNS
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration discovery.
  • 10+ years' experience in large Enterprise environments with thousands of users and hundreds of servers and critical Enterprise Applications.
  • Strong understanding of overall IT Infrastructure concepts including data center, compute, storage, networking, security, identity, DR, HA, etc.
  • Strong capabilities with MS Office/365 tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, etc.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory leveraging scripts and automation wherever applicable.
  • Supporting and adhering to change management process.
  • Collaboration with network, InfoSec, storage, data center, vendors, and other stakeholders in support of the running environment and project initiatives.
  • Participation in triage and troubleshooting for all responsible technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation describing the environment.
