SORA Certification requires

OPS Security Group is hiring Armed Security Officers for assignments near Center City. We are seeking dependable and professional officers who can maintain a safe and secure environment while providing strong customer service.

Schedule:

     Shift: 3p-11p

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 
Responsibilities
  • Monitor access control and perform ingress/egress procedures
  • Conduct foot or vehicle patrols
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies
  • Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
  • Monitor CCTV systems
  • Maintain a professional presence with clients, guests, and staff
  • De-escalate conflicts and handle situations professionally
Requirements
  • SORA certification requires
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Prior security experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to pass Physical Agility Test (PAT)
