Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a premier financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity while responding to site needs with professionalism and innovation.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or actions taken according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact.
  • Support cash handling, restricted area monitoring, and other security-related duties common to a banking environment while maintaining professional interactions with employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
  • An armed guard card or license is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
