Qualifications:

Possess Illinois Retired Concealed Carry (IROCC) certification with valid documentation. Have a valid Illinois PERC card if it has been longer than 12 months since being separated from most recent law enforcement agency employment; and
2.  Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
