What You will do

  • Greet and support walk‐in applicants and scheduled candidates
  • Manage phones, emails, and daily office flow
  • Assist our talent team with sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate files
  • Keep track and order supplies
  • Maintain our group area
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and job seekers
  • Light maintenance of social media
