Job description

The Center for Human Development (CHD), is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership to our Pine Street outpatient clinic in Springfield, MA. This position plays a central role in supporting high-quality care within an outpatient community behavioral health setting. Working closely with the Program Director, the supervisor provides leadership, oversight of daily operations, and clinical guidance to master's-level and licensed clinicians, as well as second-year interns, and maintain community relationships. This position delivers regular clinical supervision, ensures adherence to best practices and funder requirements, and assists with essential administrative functions: chart reviews, documentation oversite, data reporting, and contributing to quality improvement efforts. The clinical supervisor is responsible to hold a small case load of 15-20 clients in addition to administrative and supervisory tasks. The role is a key part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating across disciplines and service lines to ensure coordinated, client-centered care. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in behavioral health
  • Massachusetts independent license: LMHC (3+ years required for LMHC) or LICSW or LMFT
  • Understanding of evidence based practices (MI, DBT, CBT, ACRA, etc.)
