The SVP Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing products, vendors, and the Wholesale department for Acra Lending. This position is accountable for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving company sales 
    goals
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Responsible for a team of Wholesale staff
  • Ensures Sales staff is trained to comply with all disclosure requirements on all loans
  • Analyze broker’s financial information to determine which financial products best meet their needs
  • Maintains knowledge of the requirements for each product and company guidelines
  • Understands process for taking loan applications with complete documentation, disclosures, and set up needed for loan processing and closing
  • Manage the sales teams to deliver profitable growth
  • Manage the use of budgets for vendors
  • Recruit and develop sales staff
  • Design and propose sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Identify and recommend infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
  • Work closely with Marketing to establish successful support, channel and partner 
    programs
  • Travel for conferences and trade shows that relate to the mortgage origination business, as well as travel to other company sites to manage sales groups

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Marketing, Business or equivalent, 5-10 years of sales experience, 5 years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
