• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through secure and user-friendly virtual platforms.
• Establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and provide ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to individual client preferences and needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment interventions in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse array of clients located throughout Orlando, Florida, and beyond, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. This could range from anxiety, depression, trauma, to relationship issues. Our focus is on accessible and compassionate care, meeting clients where they are and providing effective support through virtual therapy.

• A valid, current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships via virtual platforms.
• Empathetic, compassionate demeanor with a genuine commitment to understanding and assisting clients through their challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities essential for managing a caseload remotely.

• Experience in remote therapy settings or telehealth practices, with a strong understanding of virtual therapeutic tools and platforms.
• Background in providing therapy within community health settings or with underserved populations is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic models suited for virtual delivery.
