Position Title: Acquisition Integration Analyst
Location: Chantilly, VA
Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
U.S. Citizenship required
OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Senior Acquisition Integration Analyst to provide acquisition management, planning, analysis, integration, and business operations support to the Space-Based Sensing and Targeting (SBST) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Office.
This role supports a high-visibility national security mission and requires deep acquisition expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Material Leader with acquisition planning and execution for the SBST mission area.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary DoD technical teams and defense hardware contractors.
  • Evaluate program and acquisition documentation for compliance with DoD, Department of the Air Force, and U.S. Space Force policies.
  • Conduct market research and develop acquisition strategy recommendations.
  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Analyze program progress against plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate program execution against applicable acquisition policies and procedures.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to support acquisition and program decisions.
  • Support business operations, reporting, and organizational coordination activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Technology, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in acquisition management, acquisition planning, program integration, or related DoD program support.
  • Strong understanding of DoD budgetary principles, acquisition processes, and analytical methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in time-sensitive environments.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command, NRO, or national security space organizations.
  • Experience supporting Program Executive Office (PEO) or headquarters-level acquisition environments.
  • DAU certifications or equivalent acquisition training.
