POSITION OVERVIEW:

Driven by Dobbs, our family of brands brings together Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers—founded in 1976 in South St. Louis, MO as a family-owned complete auto care provider—and Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care, founded in 1969 in Cleveland, OH. The M&A Integration Manager will support the successful integration of acquired companies by assisting with project management, data analysis, and coordination of cross-functional activities. This position will play a key role in ensuring seamless operational, cultural, and process integration while maximizing synergies and minimizing risks associated with mergers and acquisitions.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support synergy identification, value tracking, and analysis to assess the effectiveness of M&A integration efforts.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data; prepare executive-ready presentations and reports highlighting key insights, risks, and progress.
  • Assist in the development, refinement, and execution of integration plans, including timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Support project management activities such as Gantt charts, workplans, risk trackers, decision logs, and status reporting.
  • Track progress against integration milestones and prepare regular updates for senior leadership.
  • Maintain integration documentation, ensuring strong governance, version control, and audit readiness.
  • Partner with VP of M&A and Strategy and existing M&A Integration Manager to facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and other teams.
  • Identify, document, and track risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting mitigation planning and resolution.
  • Assist with Day 1 and post-close execution while contributing to process improvements, standardized templates, and integration best practices.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, M&A integration, project management, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with integration management frameworks and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, risk trackers, activity plans).
