OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor, is seeking applicants for a Junior Talent Acquisition Associate position to support our recruitment team at our corporate headquarters in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities include: The Junior Talent Acquisition Associate will be a valuable addition to our dynamic, collaborative recruiting organization. This role will involve collaboration with leaders and hiring managers to define the needs of the company. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be given the tools and autonomy to execute their responsibilities and achieve success in this position. OASYS, INC. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual who is willing to take on the ownership required in high-volume recruiting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performing requirements analysis for company personnel needs to support outbound recruiting on a variety of cleared positions locally, nationally, and globally
  • Attracting suitable candidates through various online employment forums, word-of-mouth networking, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews of potential candidates and pairing candidates with the position best suited for them
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates with hiring managers and preparing candidates for interviews
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process with proactive communication and engagement
  • Refining strategies and processes to best manage personal time use
  • Collecting data from candidates that can be used to analyze market trends such as salary requirements, work environment preferences, contract durations, etc.
  • Promoting the reputation and attractiveness of OASYS, INC., as a destination employer
  • Providing input on recruitment best practices

Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is highly desired; however, experience may be substituted for a degree
  • 1+ year of experience performing outbound recruiting for technical positions within the Federal space
  • Demonstrated experience crafting and adjusting Boolean searches
  • Experience and comfort performing phone interviews of potential candidates
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Required Education: Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of applicable experience in sourcing and recruiting highly technical individuals.

Eligibility: A satisfactory result on a background check is required. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is highly desired.
