What youll do

As Regional Strategy & PMOManager, you act as a member of the ACM NAMEX leadership team, driving strategydefinition, business steering, and disciplined execution of the region's keypriorities. The role is deliberately balanced - roughly half strategy andhalf PMO - and the PMO is run as a lean, right-sized enabler, not acontrol tower.

Regional Strategy & Business Steering

  • Support definition, refinement, and deployment of the ACM NAMEX strategy, aligned with global priorities.
  • Translate strategy into a focused set of strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Provide fact-based insights and challenge to leadership on priorities, trade-offs, and resource allocation.
  • Drive preparation of strategic reviews, leadership-team discussions, and decision materials.
  • Execution Governance & Strategic Programs
  • Drive execution of strategic priorities through a structured portfolio of key initiatives (incl. OKRs where applicable).
  • Ensure clarity on objectives, expected value, and ownership across all strategic initiatives.
  • Lead regular business reviews, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and challenge to initiative owners to maximize business impact.
  • Keep prioritization and resource allocation aligned with strategic objectives as conditions change.

PMO & Portfolio Management

  • Lead the NAMEX PMO as a lean, right-sized enabler that scales governance to the risk and maturity of each initiative rather than imposing one heavy process - balancing structure with the flexibility to move at pace.
  • Own portfolio prioritization, governance, and execution discipline across the initiative landscape.
  • Establish and maintain a lean governance framework that enables speed and accountability.
  • Ensure robust risk, dependency, and resource management across initiatives.
  • Facilitate decision-making forums (e.g., SteerCos) with clear recommendations and options.
  • Run structured end-of-initiative reviews to capture lessons and continuously raise execution standards.

Transformation Impact & Value Delivery

  • Ensure strategic initiatives are value-driven, executed at pace, and delivering measurable results.
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and drive resolution.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, focus, and execution excellence across the organization.

Cross-functional Leadership & Influence

  • Act as a connector across Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Engage senior stakeholders with strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership-team members and initiative owners
