Job description

Argus Consulting is seeking aย Civil Engineerย to join our team at our Peachtree Corners, Georgia office. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who is eager to build a strong technical foundation, learn from experienced engineers, and contribute to real-world infrastructure and fuel system projects.

This position is designed as a growth role. Civil Engineerteam members work under the guidance of senior engineers and project leaders while gaining hands-on experience with design standards, tools, and processes used across Argus projects.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Assist in preparing layouts, designs, drawings, and specifications for fuel systems and site infrastructure
  • Perform civil design tasks such as site grading, utility layouts, and fuel system placement using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Review as-built and existing drawings to incorporate accurate site information into designs
  • Support plan production, including general, demolition, and civil sheets for construction documents
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive and compliant designs
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and inspections to gather project-specific information
  • Utilize tools such as Bluebeam Revu and Autodesk products for collaborative design and document review
  • Learn and apply Argus design standards, quality expectations, and project delivery processes

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Eligible for Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or actively working toward licensure
  • 0โ€“2 years of relevant engineering experience, including internships or cooperative education
  • Basic proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam Revu
  • Understanding of fundamental civil engineering principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively, accept feedback, and grow under the guidance of senior engineers

  • Primarily in-office role with flexibility
