POSITION: Cladding/ACM/IMP Superintendent LOCATION: Charleston, South Carolina

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Join a forward-thinking construction company specializing in exterior building envelope systems. We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-profile cladding projects in the growing Charleston market.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Cladding Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring quality installation of ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) and IMP (Insulated Metal Panels) systems while maintaining safety standards and project timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

โ€ข Supervise and coordinate field installation teams for ACM and IMP systems

โ€ข Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations

โ€ข Review shop drawings and coordinate with Project Managers on technical details

โ€ข Manage daily workforce planning and material logistics

โ€ข Conduct quality control inspections throughout installation process

โ€ข Coordinate with other trades and general contractor representatives

โ€ข Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation

โ€ข Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols

โ€ข Monitor and maintain project schedules

โ€ข Mentor and develop field personnel

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

โ€ข 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in exterior cladding systems

โ€ข OSHA 30 certification

โ€ข Proven track record of completing projects on schedule and within budget

โ€ข Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
