Accounts Payable SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist with strong experience in NetSuite to join one of our clients in Riviera Beach. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing high-volume invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Location:

Riviera Beach, FL Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely in NetSuitePerform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving documents)Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and process ACH, wire transfers, and check paymentsMaintain accurate vendor records and W-9 documentationAssist with month-end closing and reportingCommunicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiriesEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting proceduresQualifications3+ years of Accounts Payable experienceStrong working knowledge of NetSuite (required)Experience with high-volume invoice processingProficient in Microsoft Office Excel and OutlookStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environmentsKnowledge of GAAP principlesBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
