Job description

Seeking A Dealership Accounting Assistant to manage and maintain inventory records, prepare customer delivery paperwork and handle various clerical tasks related to dealership finances. They may also assist with tasks like preparing reports, scanning documents, and supporting other departments

  • Inventory Management: 

    • Stock in all vehicles. 
    • Reconcile inventory at month end.
  • Clerical Support:

    • Package and send financed deals to the bank. 
    • Prepare paperwork for MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin). 
    • File documents. 
    • Provide administrative support to management and other departments. 
    • Prepare customer delivery paperwork
    • Process DMV transactions
  • Inventory Specific:

    • Pull vehicle invoices from manufacturer websites. 
    • Process incoming and outgoing dealer trades. 
  • Other:

    • Various reporting, scanning, and filing. 
    • Assist with special projects. 
    • Participate in cross-training.
