Job description

General Summary
The Account Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of specified major department store accounts within the Wholesale business. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, internal departments and the Account Services team to ensure accurate order management, timely communication and operational efficiency.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the processing, entry and tracking of new orders and reorders for assigned accounts within the wholesale system
  • Supervise and support Account Services Coordinators to ensure accuracy, efficiency and adherence to company processes
  • Maintain and review customer order records, including delivery timelines, quantity adjustments and account updates
  • Manage the request, tracking and distribution of customer samples while ensuring timely communication of feedback
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, buyers and internal partners regarding order status, shipping updates and account inquiries
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, M3 preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65K-$70K. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
