Youโ€™ll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored, integrated solutions that help our clients solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. As an Associate Director at CrossCountry Consulting, you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading teams developing junior team members, and participating in business development activities. In this role, you will focus specifically on designing and implementing OneStream's Account Reconciliation (AR) and Transaction Matching (TXM) solutions, helping finance organizations shorten the close cycle, eliminate data integrity gaps, and replace manual and standalone reconciliation processes with a unified, AI-enabled platform.ย

What You'll Do:

Client Delivery & Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end OneStream AR and TXM implementations โ€” from scoping and requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, and go-live โ€” including multi-source transaction loading, match rule configuration, workflow automation, and exception management
  • Design and configure matching logic for complex use cases such as intercompany reconciliations, bank-to-GL matching, invoice-to-receipt, and corporate credit card transactions, while advising clients on transitioning from standalone tools like BlackLine or Excel to OneStream's unified Financial Close platform
  • Strengthen financial controls by implementing risk-based reporting frameworks, continuous anomaly monitoring, audit trail and approval workflows, and drill-to-reconciliation functionality to support SOX, US GAAP, and IFRS requirements
  • Drive period-end close acceleration and broader CPM/EPM improvements โ€” including Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidations, and Reporting โ€” by leading ERP/GL integrations and delivering process and technology enhancements
ย

Project & Team Leadership

  • Manage projects through all phases across organizational, process, technology, and data dimensions; proactively identify and resolve risks and issues
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, developing junior consultants while maintaining high delivery standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth OneStream implementations and drive initiatives with client leadership
  • Play a key role in talent acquisition, including interviewing, hiring, and retaining top talent
ย

Business Development

  • Drive business development efforts including pursuit development, scoping sessions, and proposals for AR/TXM-focused opportunities, while leveraging subject matter expertise to identify client improvement opportunities and grow CrossCountry's OneStream practice
  • Contribute to thought leadership and practice-building efforts, including whitepapers and other firm-approved content
ย

AI & Innovation

  • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
  • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes
What You'll Bring:
  • 10+ years implementing OneStream or similar EPM/CPM tools (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, BlackLine), with hands-on design and client delivery
  • Experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory, or management consulting) with a background in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems
  • Demonstrated expertise in OneStream AR and TXM solutions, including match rule configuration, workflow management, exception handling, and risk-based reporting
  • Hands-on experience migrating clients from standalone reconciliation tools (e.g., BlackLine, Excel) to OneStream's unified Financial Close platform, including familiarity with Financial Close Marketplace solutions
  • Strong knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes, including intercompany reconciliation, journal entry management, and period-end close acceleration
  • Experience with analytical and modeling tools to build complex financial models and distill insights into concise executive dashboards
  • Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
  • Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
Qualifications:
