Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Supervisor
  • Oversee full‑cycle accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor and subcontractor payments, ACH/wires, and reconciliations as the Accounts Payable Supervisor
  • Review and manage construction‑specific documentation such as lien waivers, Notices to Owner (NTOs), COIs, and subcontractor compliance as the Accounts Payable Supervisor
  • Lead, mentor, and develop AP staff while improving processes, controls, and workflow efficiencies as the Accounts Payable Supervisor
  • Partner with Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting leadership to support job costing accuracy and timely payment cycles as the Accounts Payable Supervisor
  • Support ERP system implementation and assist with month‑end close, vendor maintenance, W‑9 management, and 1099 preparation as the Accounts Payable Supervisor

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Supervisor
  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience within construction, contracting, engineering, or project‑based industries
  • Strong expertise in lien waivers, subcontractor billing, and construction compliance documentation
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience within Accounts Payable is required
