General Information:
Job title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Schedules Available: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Weekend rotation: No weekends
Holiday rotation: Paid Time Off for Holidays
Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist position is responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. This role will work closely with the Accounting team members to handle tasks related to money management, account expense reporting, and statement account reconciliations.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform account payable transactions.
  • Process checks, virtual credit cards, and ACH payments.
  • Research and resolve customer problems related to billing and payment.
  • Research and resolve outstanding checks.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
  • Experience working in the medical industry preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Intermediate to Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
