Aspirus Corporate Office in Wausau, WI is seeking an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE to join our SUPPLY CHAIN team!
The Accounts Payable Associate processes the day-to-day activities of the accounts payable processing functions within the Supply Chain for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely and accurate processing in accordance with established service level agreements. All duties and responsibilities are crucial for the financial health of Aspirus and are expected to be handled with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality. Some of the key actions the Account Payable Associate is responsible for are: Assist with ensuring compliance with Aspirus policies, procedures, internal controls, and Supply Chain governance to realize efficiency and financial benefits; Maintain consistent, high quality, customer-focused performance when conducting business and providing services to internal and external customers; Ensure productivity standards are maintained, and service level agreements are met; Demonstrate accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality, along with the ability to work within set deadlines.
HOURS: Full-time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period, Shift: Day only
Experience/Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Previous applicable experience in accounts payable.
  • Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
