Job description

We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Plymouth, WI. This is an addition to a growing team and you will be responsible for full-cycle AP for a successful manufacturer. If you have at least three years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Accurately code and enter vendor invoices
  • Three way matching of purchase orders to invoices to receipts
  • Reconcile issues with invoices and provide resolution
  • Perform weekly check runs
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of accounts payable experience
  • Manufacturing background desired
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired
  • Comfortable working in multiple systems
