We are seeking an experienced Account Payable clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 plus years of accounts payable/bookkeeping experience and a strong understanding of bookkeeping and/or accounting practices. Experience with Quickbooks.
Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable
  • Ability to keep up with email and processing orders
  • Process invoices and billing
  • Assist others as a back-up for accounts payable transactions
  • Answer phones


Requirements:

  • 10 plus years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior Accounting experience or bookkeeping is a must
