Job description

P10 is launching a content studio built to support fast-moving, project-based social media clients and we need an Account Manager who can keep up.

Right now the team operates reactively, clients come in hot with urgent content needs. Your job is to help change that. You\'ll be the person who knows the clients well enough to get ahead of the ask, translate their needs clearly for the internal creative team, and keep things moving without dropping the ball. This isn\'t a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for direction. It\'s for someone who thrives in fast, ambiguous, execution-focused environments and finds that kind of pace genuinely energizing.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work with our clients to deliver the P10 experience. As a part of the team, you will play a role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting client success and account growth, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and tactical pull through. You will be the conduit between our clients and the delivery team, collaborating closely with project management and your core internal team to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.

You have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. You will report to the Director of Client Services or another senior account person.

This role is open to fully remote candidates in the United States located in NY, NJ or PA. Travel will be required up 20% to client sites.

\\n

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, building trust and proactive relationships with client teams
  • Shift the team from reactive to proactive, anticipate client needs before they become urgent requests
  • Translate client briefs and feedback clearly for internal creative, copy, and design teams
    Account & Studio Support
  • Partner closely with the dedicated studio PM to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations
  • Manage high-volume social media content workflows across two fast-moving accounts simultaneously
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Account Director and studio team to deliver against client goals
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication across internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Support the senior account team on budget tracking and financial oversight

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry, this is a firm requirement
  • Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns — especially within a regulated or compliance-driven environment; this remains a priority skill for this role
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive environment while actively working to build more proactive client engagement
  • Strong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams
  • Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and across Slack and Microsoft Teams
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams without losing clarity
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client collaboration
What This Role Is Not
  • A creative execution role, you\'re the translator between client and creative team, not the one designing or writing
  • A role for someone who needs a slow ramp, the studio is live and moving fast
