Job description

Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detailed-oriented, highly motivated Project Manager. This position will include working on a wide range of transportation projects including new roadway construction, roadway rehabilitation, roadway reconstruction, traffic signals as well as planning studies. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing multiple projects
  • Preparing and monitoring project budgets
  • Project scheduling
  • Leadership skills and team member oversight
  • Marketing / Business development

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience working on a wide range of transportation projects.
  • Be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures specifically as it relates to Phase I / Phase II design requirements and MFT requirements highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license
