Job Title: Finance Manager
Department: Finance
Reports To: Vice President of Operations

Position Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee key financial operations and support strategic decision-making within the organization. The Finance department operates as an autonomous business function within a larger corporation, managing local financial responsibilities while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and reporting requirements.

This role will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, financial reporting, cash management coordination, and supporting leadership with financial analysis and strategic insights. The Finance Manager will work closely with executive leadership and play an active role as part of the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business controller and accounting functions
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and annual financial statements, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements
  • Coordinate cash management activities with corporate financial leadership
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership on strategic business decisions
  • Participate as a member of the senior management team in business planning and decision-making
  • Lead the development of the annual business plan through collaboration with department leaders across the organization
  • Deliver required financial reporting to both local and corporate management
  • Ensure all financial policies, procedures, and activities comply with legal and ethical standards
  • Report any financial discrepancies or concerns to management immediately
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Controller or similar financial leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, peers, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of financial leadership experience, particularly in a startup or rapidly growing business environment
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred
