Job description

Nellis Auction Phoenix, AZ Full-Time
Nellis Auction is growing fast - and we need a sharp, curious operator to help us keep up. As our Program Account Analyst, you'll start at the operational core of our supplier programs, then grow into owning key relationships that drive real revenue. If you love variety, want to learn the mechanics of a business from the inside out, and are excited to build direct client relationships, this role is built for you.
This isn't a narrow, static job. It's a launchpad. You'll start hands-on with our tools, data, and processes - and as you prove yourself, you'll take the wheel on supplier and buyer relationships, negotiations, and revenue strategy.
What You'll Do
Get Hands-On With Operations
  • Own S&OP and inventory planning - the backbone that keeps supplier programs running smoothly
  • Reconcile invoices against inventory to keep payments accurate and on track
  • Become the go-to expert for our invoicing tools and internal systems

Turn Data Into Decisions
  • Dig into program and account data to spot trends and opportunities
  • Track the metrics that matter - revenue growth, engagement, performance
  • Build reports and presentations that tell a clear story to internal and external stakeholders
  • Flag performance gaps and bring smart recommendations to sourcing and sales

Grow Into Account Ownership
  • Build direct relationships with suppliers and buyers - including negotiation and program development
  • Be the trusted liaison between clients and our internal teams
  • Partner with sourcing and sales to drive client satisfaction and retention

Help Us Get Better, Faster
  • Jump into onboarding new supplier and buyer accounts
  • Create content, hit trade shows, and team up with operations on new ideas
  • Suggest improvements to our tools, invoicing workflows, and planning processes
  • Weigh in on sourcing decisions as your role expands

Requirements
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or similar
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and comfort reading BI dashboards (Tableau, Looker, or similar) - you don't need to build them, just understand them
  • Great communication skills - you can represent Nellis Auction with confidence to external partners
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
  • A detail-oriented, quality-first mindset
  • Curiosity - we expect you to know Nellis Auction's business model before you walk into the interview

Nice to Have
  • 2+ years in account management, client success, operations, or similar
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • SQL familiarity - not required, just a bonus
  • Background in liquidation, auction, or secondary markets
  • A knack for turning data into a clear story stakeholders can act on
  • Confidence representing the company externally - knowing when to speak up and when to listen

Why This Role
You'll get real ownership from day one, a front-row seat to how a high-growth company operates, and a clear path toward bigger client relationships and strategic impact. If you're commercially minded, love solving problems, and want a role that grows as fast as you do - we want to hear from you.
