CAR is seeking a motivated Account Analyst who would like to join our team! Gain great experience, work with driven like-minded individuals, and succeed within a customer-driven role with us. We offer great Medical Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a 401(k) match program!
What you'll do:
  • Interacting with customers who are greater than 30 days past due, providing assistance by answering questions and process requests by phone
  • Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, service questions and general concerns
  • Assist customers with disputes and inquires and reconciling payment history
  • Daily Portfolio Reviews
  • Maintain open communication with branch dealer base
  • Perform general branch administrative functions as needed
  • Bi-Lingual Abilities (English and Spanish) would be a great plus!
