Basic Function
This is a temporary, professional expert opportunity.
Representative Duties
Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors at the Disabled Students Programs & Services front desk.
Provide general information about Disabled Students Programs & Services services, eligibility, and intake procedures.
Schedule appointments for Disabled Students Programs & Services counselors and specialists.
Maintain accurate records of student contacts, services provided, and accommodation usage.
Assist with data entry and reporting for program compliance and tracking.
Support the coordination of Disabled Students Programs & Services events, workshops, and outreach efforts.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to FERPA and ADA guidelines.
Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination equivalent to high school diploma.
Salary
$19.05/hour
