About your role:

At Fiserv, a successful Workplace Accommodation Professional plays a key role in ensuring our associates have the support and accommodations required to thrive in their roles. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally to manage workplace accommodation requests for our US-based associates. This role requires high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and a thorough understanding of ADA compliance. You will embody our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.

What you'll do:

  • Decision accommodation requests across, ensuring compliance with the ADA.

  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Legal, and other relevant departments to implement accommodations.

  • Manage the documentation and tracking of accommodation requests and solutions.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding accommodation processes and procedures.

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive and personal information.

  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure that accommodations are effectively meeting the needs of employees.

  • Develop and deliver training sessions on ADA accommodation policies and procedures.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • Experience in HR, occupational health, or related field.

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration involving HR, Legal, and other departments.

  • 2+ years demonstrated experience managing an active caseload, including prioritization, tracking, and timely follow-up

  • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or similar certification.

  • Experience managing accommodation requests or leave claims and processes.

  • Experience in a corporate or large organizational setting.

  • Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.

  • Knowledge of assistive technologies and resources.

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
