Join us as our new Cleaner, where youโ€™ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for every guest. Your work is hands-on and practical, ensuring our holiday homes are cleaned to the highest standards so guests can enjoy a space that is safe, spotless, and beautifully presented. Your attention to detail will help make every stay feel special.ย 

What you will be doing...
  • Cleaning holiday homes to our high-quality brand standards. ย 
  • Managing your own workload to deliver the required number of cleans in the allocated time ย 
  • Ensure you are using company supplied chemicals and cleaning materials safely, within COSHH guidelines ย 
  • Putting our guests first, you will build positive relationships to resolve guest queries with minimal disruption to their stay with us. ย 
  • Proactively use feedback to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work. ย 
  • Report any faults, repairs or other issues to the Accommodation Supervisor promptly. ย 
About you...
  • The ability to access accommodation to deliver hands-on cleaning services, performing physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time. ย 
  • The flexibility to be able to work across varied days including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required. ย
