Location: Remote (Preference for hybrid if local to Cumberland, RI | Eastern Time Zone)
Hours: Mondayโ€“Friday | 8:00โ€“4:30 PM or 8:30โ€“5:00 PM


Job Description

Seeking a Reasonable Accommodation Analyst/Sr. Analyst (Intake Representative) to support the Reasonable Accommodations team. This role manages the initial intake and case processing for colleagues requesting workplace accommodations due to disability, pregnancy, or religious beliefs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues requesting reasonable accommodations.

  • Manage the intake process, including gathering information, reviewing documentation, and logging details into the case management tool.

  • Conduct sensitive and confidential conversations with employees regarding their accommodation needs.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls while simultaneously documenting case details.

  • Initiate and support the interactive process involving colleagues, applicants, leaders, and HR partners.

  • Prepare and send follow-up letters, including disengagement notices when applicable.

  • Ensure compliance with ADA/ADAAA, state and federal laws, and CVS policies.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Handle confidential personal and medical information with discretion.

  • Use case management software for documentation, workflow tasking, and status updates.


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Must have a private, quiet home office suitable for handling confidential PPI (strict requirement).

  • Reliable high-speed internet.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
