Job description

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Demo Strategist to own CJM demo strategy across Adobe Journey Optimizer (B2C & B2B), Campaign, Target, Marketo, Dynamic Chat, and Agentic Apps. You'll be the single point of accountability for ensuring our global field and partner teams have compelling, current demo capabilities aligned with Adobe's go-to-market motions. How You'll Work

This role follows our Demo Strategy Framework: Identify Assess Fill Publish Evangelize. You'll work across every stage of this cycle-from surfacing new demo needs with PM, PMM, and Engineering collaborators, to performing delta analysis against existing inventory, to building and shipping the assets that close gaps.

On the build side, you'll develop demos across our three-tier model (video, clickable, live), own demo environment strategy and tooling (Demo System Next, Walnut, Consensus), and partner with internal engineering to translate gaps into live demonstrability. You'll also lead Agentic Apps demo readiness-curating scripts and prompt libraries that showcase advanced agent capabilities.

On the go-to-market side, you'll champion discoverability through Demo Hub, actively enable the global field on new offerings, and own the feedback loop that keeps the strategy sharp. You'll manage programs across tools, solutions, and industries-driving alignment, mitigating risks, and owning critical metrics reporting on demo effectiveness. This is a high-visibility role with real influence on how Adobe shows up in front of customers!

What You'll Need Succeed
  • 5+ years in demo strategy, solutions consulting, pre-sales, or a related GTM role
  • Direct experience with B2C and B2B digital marketing platforms (Adobe experience preferred)
  • Technical fluency with platform workflows, schemas, data flow, and integration points in a martech ecosystem
  • Track record managing complex, cross-functional programs across product, marketing, engineering, and field teams
  • Excellent communicator-comfortable presenting to senior leaders and global audiences
  • Strong academic credentials including a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or Information Technology, and an MBA or equivalent experience. PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $111,700 -- $215,750 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $149,000 - $215,750 In New York, the pay range for this position is $149,000 - $215,750 In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $126,300 - $182,850

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
