Become a Key Player as a BDR Ops Comp Analyst

You will help ensure fair and accurate compensation decisions by validating BDR inputs and performance metrics and by partnering with leadership and compensation teams. Your work will directly impact BDR evaluation processes and compensation structures for the client. This is a Hybrid role.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Review and analyze BDR inputs and performance metrics to validate compensation qualifications
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines for BDR performance evaluations
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs, BDR leadership, and compensation teams to communicate findings and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements related to BDR operations and compensation structures
  • Articulate and communicate decisions, including declining compensation requests that do not meet criteria
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BDR performance and compensation qualifications
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to sales operations and compensation
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (minimum) in sales operations or analytical roles
  • Proven operations experience and strong understanding of BDR processes and performance metrics
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
